Buzzsumo is one of the best tools out there for finding content ideas. Just enter in a topic, and it’ll show you the most popular articles on that topic. You can also see how many social shares each article has, so you can get an idea of what’s resonating with people.

Plus, it’s free, And while they offer a paid pro version, the basic tool is all you need to start creating awesome blog posts.

For example, I typed in coffee and found the top-shared coffee-related articles from some of my favorite sites like The Huffington Post, The Independent, Cafe Mom, The Daily Meal, Thrillist, and Elite Daily.

One thing I liked about this is it didn’t just show me articles about coffee: it showed me all kinds of topics related to coffee because bloggers write about everything.
